So for this week’s VLOG I wanted to come in here and talk with you about how you can start to create that beautiful vision for yourself for the new year that is on it’s way. We’re nearing the end of the year, sweet sixteen is coming to a close. As we wrap up the year that was, we naturally start to cast our vision towards 2017 and start thinking about all the things that we want to do, be and experience in the new year. It is an opportunity to start fresh and we connect in with our dreams and hearts desires that we most want to bring to life.
So with all of this in mind, I wanted to pop in here and talk with you all about some ways that you can really get yourself in the most amazing mind frame whilst being really connected deeply within your body and soul placing yourself in the best state to then unleash your biggest and most daring dreams.
One of the key ways that I suggest you do this, is through meditation. I know first hand and have witnessed the power that comes from slowing everything down and being in the present moment. It truly allows for a clarity that will never come from rushing around.

So once you have downloaded your copy, you can just pop your headphones in, sit back and allow your mind, body and soul to really relax and unravel.
Or you can do your own form of meditation which, as I say to all of my clients, meditation is whatever it means to you. Meditation is that activity that makes time and space disappear, so you’re in your flow. I know for my husband, meditation is never going to be sitting down on a cushion with his legs crossed trying not to think any thoughts. In fact, that would drive him absolutely batty. For him it’s always been going for a motorbike ride or going out fishing and just being, allowing himself to be in the present moment and just go with the flow.
Meditation doesn’t have to be any particular way or look like what you think it ‘should’ look like. All you need to do is go and do something that brings you a sense of peace. It could a beautiful guided meditation, listening to some beautiful music, having a bath, going for a walk, anything at all that allows you to feel relaxed.
This is about getting yourself in an open, responsive and receptive state that allows the vision that completely lights you up from the inside out to pour in. There is no right or wrong here, all you need to do is be in this beautiful space where you can let your heart talk and get those dreams of yours out on to paper. Once you are feeling open and connected here are some questions to ponder.
How do you want the end of 2017 to look and feel? How do you want to feel during 2017? Feel is the really important keyword here.
Then break your life down into segments. You’re going to have different dreams for different areas and then it’s about weaving it all through together with that main key feeling.
