Hi, I’m Jo

I am a qualified counsellor + therapist and I really am on a mission to help put you at ease with this whole ‘therapy’ thing.


I understand the unique pressures and stress that creatives and leaders face, the relentless inner critics, the weight of others’ expectations, and the constant balancing act of maintaining success while managing stress, burnout and overthinking.

I am not the therapist that is simply about addressing the symptoms, I take a holistic approach and will always view you as the unique + whole individual that you are.

I know that the thought of therapy can be daunting, which is why I have created a practice that is safe, welcoming and a place where you can finally breathe and just be you, while together we explore the challenges and find real, lasting solutions for true + sustainable happiness and overall well-being.

Step 2: We make sure this feels really good + aligned for you and get you set up for our sessions

Once I receive your inquiry, I will send an email with the common questions about us working together answered and we will either set up a good fit connection call or if you know you want to get started, we will get you booked in.

The ‘connection call’ is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and make sure that working together is a really good fit. If not, I will help you find the best possible support. There is no pressure and this is NOT a sales call, simply an opportunity to connect.

Step 3: You are onboarded and now a private client of the practice, our first sessions are booked, and your welcome guide sent with everything you need.

Get ready for next level professional support and care, a holistic and personalised well-being plan that will be the foundation for your most meaningful life, living with a calm nervous system, increased confidence, clarity and feeling emotionally in control.

Working together looks like this;

  • You will be sent a Welcome Email with everything you need, and we will get you set up in the client portal which is full of scientifically backed therapeutic tools and resources for use and support in between sessions which you will have access to straight away. (Clients love this!)

  • We will schedule your sessions so they are in the calendar for both of us creating a clear path and peace of mind.

  • Your first session is typically a little longer in length so allow up to 90 minutes, hereafter sessions are 60 minutes.

  • Creation of your individualised well-being plan .

  • Chat support in and around sessions, I know SO much of life happens outside of our time together, so this is a layer of support and care that means you can reach out in between if something comes up, we can talk it out in the moment and help you move through it and then dive deeper in our next session, this means you are not left waiting until we next meet, but rather we can work through the real life things as they arise. Truly, this is something that my clients find priceless.

  • Use of tools to track progress.

  • Exploration of alternative treatment options, including meditation + somatic therapies.

  • A completely non-judgemental safe space.

  • The strictest of confidentiality maintained (in accordance with state and national laws.)

  • A collaborative, interactive and holistic therapy approach.
